She is Advisory Board Member to the Global Forum of Cyber Expertise(GFCE), as well as, Lecturer and Researcher in Data Governance, Cybersecurity and Technology at the Cybersecurity in the SME sector Research Group of the Centre of Expertise Cyber Security, here her research deals with Public-Private Cooperation to counter Cybercrimes and the International Public Management Program, both at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, she collaborates as independent expert at the European Commission and is Senior Consultant with the Multilateral Diplomacy Program- United Nations Institute for Training and Research(UNITAR). She has lead and facilitated multistakeholder public policy dialogue pertaining at the Internet UN Internet Governance Forum. Sharing this prior roles with visiting faculty ones, at the Cyber School of Internet Governance convened by the Organization of American States and Webster University Cybersecurity Program – George Helbert Walker School of Business and Technology.

Over 15 years working in international cooperation, security and rule of law issues. Have spent the last decade bridging policy silos in the digital field, working on cutting edge technology-related legal and policy issues at the intersection of technological change, cybersecurity regulation, policy, governance and society. An accomplished articulate communicator and consensus builder with a track record in developing and contributing into policy processes, regulatory affairs, strategies, risk and compliance, developing multistakeholder engagement programmes, scientific and technical cooperation, with governments, international organisations, private sector, think tanks, academia and civil society  in cross-functional teams.

She is Juris Doctor in Law and Political Science, has pursued advanced specialization studies in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Information Security and Philosophy of Technology Design. Recently, participated in the Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Program on Cybersecurity The Intersection of Policy and Technology.
