UNESCO is hosting in Paris the “Internet for Trust” conference to discuss a set of draft global guidelines for regulating digital platforms, to improve the reliability of information and protect freedom of expression and human rights.

Jonathan Reichental, Author Data Governance for Dummies talks about why data governance is an issue today, what it is and its link to accountability. What does data governance mean? Why is it important? How is responsible for data? Which departments and functions should be involved? What is the difference between data governance and data management? While working with data and in data flows in any way, how to preserve human dignity and integrity including for instance privacy, data protection, data sovereignty and trust. And, why and where does accountability come in?
An I4ADA dialogue with Guy de Felcourt on “DIGITAL and EXTRATERRITORIAL OUTREACH”
In this Digital Age, how have the concepts of sovereignty and territory been evolved? What is the concept of extraterritorial outreach? How would it lead to more freedom, empowerment, protection and (other) sovereignty for people and communities in the Digital age? How to build such societal and economic future, and promote these new forms of democracies? Who should organise it? And, how to avoid it leading to even longer arms of national regimes abroad? These and other topics are addressed in this Dialogue.
The Indo-Dutch Cyber Security School (IDCSS) is an annual event organized by Dutch and Indian organizations for students based in the Netherlands or India and young professionals interested in cyber security issues. The central goal of this school is to give students and young professionals the opportunity to grow professionally and academically, through lectures and online action learning, in the sphere of cyber security.
Almost 2000 students have registered.

I4ADA participated in the The International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity 2022 was organized from 23rd to 25th November, 2022, (IN VIRTUAL MODE), by Cyberlaws. net and Pavan Duggal Associates, Advocates, Supreme Court of India.
The Conference 2022 had different sessions with more than 200 speakers over three-day deliberations from different parts of the world discussing and deliberating upon some of the important aspects, issues and challenges concerning cyberspace.
